Each of the saw-milling machines used in our factory has its own motors. The machines consists of different sizes of band saws to minimize the wastages. The circular saws are fitted with tungsten carbide tipped to facilitate the process of teak timber. The saw-milling has the capacity of 40 cubic maters per day.

Realizing the important of moisture content in wood effecting the quality of products, we have established our own kiln-dry facility to minimize this effect. We have 4 klin-dry boilers to gradually reduce the moisture content to the required level. The kiln-dry process will ensure that the products will have the expected durability in all kind of weather conditions. Our kiln-dry capacity is about 40,000 cubic feet per month.

Most of the wood working machines are imported. The machines are employed to assist out workers to increase the productivity rather than on their automatic features. We employ several types of machines for sawing, cutting, planning, drilling and sanding with the combine capacity of about 60 cubic feet per day. With these machines we can serve our customers with many kinds of finished wood products.
